Under the banner of FDWA (Ferrando Domestic Workers Alliance) Tezpur region have organized a club for the children of Domestic Workers. The local peer leader meetings of domestic workers children is organized  and forms them into Ferrando Children Club, as Children are hope of the future. This meeting guide and show them the way towards their bright future. 

On 29 January 2016, Local peer leader meeting was conducted at Gutlung, Tezpur. The purpose of the meeting was to develop leadership quality in children and to form a Ferrando children Club. The program began by welcoming all the children for the program with an introduction about our organization FDWA. After that Sr. Caroline Hembrom the provincial councillor of Social apostolate interacted with the children. She asked about their aim in life and advised them to dream big dreams and study well so that they can achieve their goals and thus change the society and future. She also taught them action songs. Children took active part and had lots of fun. Daffodil Basumatary one of the staff told the children about the importance of education and co-curricular activities and to respect their elders and to listen to their parents. The children were well motivated by this program and promised to study well as they understood the importance of education in order to achieve their aim in life. They also learned the importance of taking part in sports and co-curricular activities along with studying for their overall development.
